This 30,000 sq. ft. building was constructed using 8" and 6" ICFs with a brick and stucco exterior. During construction, a 100-mph tornado passed through the area. The only damage to the center was a scratch to the exterior stucco finish and a bent rain gutter.

This 44,000 sq. ft. building houses the Police Department and City Council Chambers, as well as a variety of other municipal offices. It incorporates state-of-the-art electronics and was constructed using 8" insulating concrete forms with a brick exterior.

Restaurant & Convenience Store
Catawba Springs, NC

The first of twelve combination Arby's Restaurants and Petroleum World Convenience Store/Gas Stations, this standard-setting 6,000 sq. ft. commercial building used both 8" and 6" insulating concrete forms with a combination brick and synthetic stucco exterior finish.

Condominium Community
Virginia Beach, VA

Each 31,093 sq. ft. building within the Lynnhaven Dunes condominium community was constructed using 6" ICFs with a brick veneer finish. The developer chose ICFs because of their hurricane resistance, noise reduction, superior insulation, and draft-free living comfort.

Homewood Suites Hotel
Syracuse, NY

This 30,000 sq. ft. project used both 6" and 8" ICFs with a brick veneer and vinyl siding finish to add 30 new rooms to the original facility. Due to the superior soundproofing of ICFs, the hotel was able to rent one wing of new rooms while construction continued.
